What's wrong with the house?

What isn't wrong with the house?
The sandstone foundation is crumbling
The sills and joists are rotten
The roof is shot
The 100+ year old shingles are held together by structural paint
The well is dry
there is no plumbing or wiring
The wood stove has a hole in it
The chimneys are crumbling and the mortar is dust
The plaster is held together by the wallpaper

Is it worth saving? Absolutely!
The house will get a new foundation, new roof, a bathroom, new shingles, hydronic radiant heat, electricity, and totally refinished inside, but the original character will be preserved. It will be part restoration, part renovation, and ready for the family for another 100 years.
