These are images taken by my grandfather of family gatherings and events, mostly from between 1964 and 1970.
In Charlottetown, Ola, Jim, Kelvin, Todd, Loreen, Ralta, Grammy, Jim and Lois. Must be summer of '67 judging by Todd's age.
Jim, Ola, Loreen, Kelvin, Grammy and Jim in front of the Confederation Centre of the Arts, Charlottetown
Danny and Winnie's kitchen. Ralta, Sandy, Kelvin, Winnie, Danny, Ola, Lois, Jim, Loreen, Grammy and Grampy
Grammy, Viola, Lois and Ralta in front of the house
Jimmy Smith and Uncle Johnnie at what I call Jimmy Smith's house in Hopefield. John MacDonald was a brother to Sarah Kathryn, Grampy's mother.
Anne Murray in the Gold Cup and Saucer Parade, 1968
The mill at MacLure's Pond, Murray River
Looking across the River. That is the Baptist Church in the middle, and Murray River School at the right. I can barely remember the school so I'm guessing it was torn down in the early '70's.
Jim and Kelvin at the falls in Murray River
At Green Gables, about 1970
Today is Jim's 60th birthday
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JIM!!!
